About Global Helping Hands Inc.
Global Helping Hands, Inc. is established, to support poor and down-trodden people of rural areas of Andhra Pradesh and parts of India, and eventuallly other parts of the world, with its motto – HOPE, HELP AND HEALTH.
HOPE: Global Helping Hands Inc. gives HOPE to the poor families from rural areas, that there is HOPE for them that specific programmes, will be taken to upgrade their living standards, by assisting them, with schemes that will help them to become self-sufficient and self-reliant.
HELP: Global Helping Hands, Inc. will extend all the help, for the deprived people from the rural areas, by taking up programmes that will assist the people involved, with micro-economic schemes, that will help them to be self-sufficient and also provide opportunities for the unemployed youth to be self-reliant, so that they will earn additional income for their families.
HEALTH: Global Helping Hands, Inc. will provide health care, for the target groups by organizing awareness camps, health camps and provide free treatment and medicine.
INTERNATIONAL OFFICE:
GLOBAL HELPING HANDS Inc. was established in the year 2006 with its International office, at Dallas, Texas, USA.
Global Helping Hands Inc., was founded by Dr. Jay Prakash Narayana, M.D., USA, who by profession, is a Medical Doctor and Physician, working as a Doctor for the last 23 years at USA. Being an Indian and hailing from Andhra Pradesh and well-versed, with the living conditions of the rural people, especially the poor and down-trodden, he had taken the initiative to establish Global Helping Hands Inc., along with eminent medical and educational professionals, with the same motive and commitment, to assist the rural people of Andhra Pradesh, irrespective of caste, creed and race. This has been modeled as a medical outreach, every month for chronic diseases - hypertension, anemia, diabetes and most recently HIV and AIDS.
INDIA OFFICE:
The India office was established in January 2007, with its Administrative office at Brodipet, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Global Helping Hands Inc., was registered under Societies Act, 1860, at District Registrar Office, Guntur on 19-01-2007, with its Registered No: 25/2007. The India office, is coordinated by Mr. Uday Kumar, International Coordinator, who is assisted by a group of experienced programme staff.
The Board members have a clear vision of the goals in Andhra Pradesh and also in other parts of India. The main objective and goal of Global Helping Hands Inc., is to transform peoples' poverty, with an emphasis on of self-reliance, knowledge, health, organization and selff-sufficiency. The main focus is also to reach people, living in rural areas without any resources and assist them, with health care and advance their well being. Our aim, is to give the people HOPE, that their future will be stabilized and their self- respect is kept intact.
Global Helping Hands Inc., as a whole comes, to help and make people believe in themselves for the betterment of their families and make them understand, that Global Helping hands Inc., can give them HOPE, HELP and HEALTH to lead a normal life.
It is a collective consciousness of theoretical and living experiences accumulated, lived and transformed through, the actual carrying out of the tasks of serving our suffering fellow-beings.
For years, to come this process of life will continue, to enrich the treasure and effectiveness of this human interest. It will take the form of new systems, innovative approaches, deepening of values and meanings, as an existence essentially linked to the service of the people.
